The article describes the experience of organizing the work of the head of the nursing service on accounting and storage of precursors of narcotic and psychotropic substances. The analysis of the regulatory framework relating to precursors of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in dental practice allowed us to develop draft documents: «Regulations for the organization of the work of the head of the nursing service for the registration and storage of precursors of narcotic and psychotropic substances» and « Algorithm of operation logging», in which the number of precursors changes narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
